We're a boutique coaching and HR consultancy firm specializing in executive, career, and leadership development. We help current and future executives thrive at home and in the board room.
Founder, Kacy Wickenhauser, is an iPEC-trained certified coach and Chief HR Officer with 20+ years of experience. She has a bachelors degree in Psychology, an MBA, is DiSC certified, and maintains a Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) designation through the Human Resource Certification Institute. She resides in beautiful northern MI with her husband where their free time is spent boating, hiking, biking, kayaking, and loving on their 2 pups.
